Christmas in October

Did I oversleep and miss the last two weeks of October? And all of November? Today I saw Christmas décor already stocked on a store’s shelves. (Secretly, this sight made me just a little bit giddy inside. It’s only a matter of time before I break out my Charlie Brown Christmas CD.) I guess the good news is that if you’re stuck for a Halloween costume, you can just pick up a Christmas hat and call yourself Santa Claus.

I was at the mall yesterday and noticed Christmas decorations. It's such a commercialized holiday, but I do love the spirit that goes along with it. But can we please get through Halloween before we start seeing Santa? :)

I love Christmas! Of course, I don't want the decorations to come out too early, but it's the best time of the year!

I was in Target in August and saw Halloween stuff. We were at Costco on Labor Day weekend and they already had their Christmas stuff out. Totally irritates me. Last night at Target, Fabul-O told me..."Look, Mommy. They put the angels next do the punkins." Halloween and Christmas on the same shelves doesn't seem quite right for some reason.
