I can’t remember the last time I made caramel apples. I forgot how messy they are to make, but I also forgot how good they are.
It’s really starting to feel like fall. (Maybe not outside, but at least in the kitchen.)
P.S. Do you pronounce it care-a-mel or car-mul? I think I alternate, but I feel like I'm saying it wrong either way.

I say care-a-mel more often than not. Every once in awhile I speak with someone who pronounces it car-mel and I will emulate that. But care-a-mel is how I grew up saying it!
Yum yum!! I say it "care-uh-mel". That "a" in the middle isn't silent!

I love fall! Its my favorite season, however here in SC, its been 85 degrees so it hardly feels like fall outside.

Looks like I'm in the minority, but I say car-mul... :) I wonder if it's a regional difference, because I have only heard a handful of people ever say care-a-mel. Hmm...
