Flown-in Dinner
Husband went on an “out-and-back” flight yesterday, where he flies somewhere just for the day. It’s nice because Husband gets to fly to a different place, but he still gets to come home at night.
Yesterday Husband was not only home for dinner, but he brought dinner! And, he happened to stop in Louisiana, so dinner was fresh Shrimp Po’ Boy sandwiches. Yum!
I could easily get spoiled on this new form of “take-out.”

Well I think any woman could get used to that! :) Hope you enjoyed the dinner!
That could be possibly the best benefit of being married to a pilot. How romantic and cool.
That's awesome. Too bad you can't decide where he picks up dinner.
Ohhhh having shrimp for Louisiana is DEF on my list of to do's before I die. :)
Oh my gosh i am so jealous!
Next time tell him to fly to Italy for some authentic Italian food & wine!! :-)
That might take a while though :-\
What about Mexico for Mexican food?!
Ooh I think he should bring me some dinner. I could get used to it :)
flyboy likes it when they do "locals" (their version of out and backs) up to New England and get to eat lobster for lunch.
Not too shabby!!!
That is awesome! Yummy!
Glad you got to enjoy some authentic Louisiana food! The food is by far my favorite thing about living in this state!
I'm lucky. I have a seat especially assigned for me since I'm a reader.
Hope you had a wonderful Easter hun!
very cool
Wow...that's straight out of a romance novel!
"Why yes," says the woman, "My husband flew and brought me take-out!" :)
